2. Object

The Company provides a publishing and marketing service. The LesSkippers.com website is a sailing cruise publication platform, bringing together Customers and skippers to organize cruises.

3. Terms of payment

  • Reservation deposit (50%) To be paid to confirm reservation.
  • Balance of booking (50%) To be paid no later than 30 days before the cruise date.

Payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer to the address provided.

4. Company obligations

The Company undertakes to :

  1. Put customers in touch with a skipper responsible for the cruise.
  2. Reserve a sailboat for the cruise.

5. Customer's obligations

The Customer undertakes to :

  1. Respect the instructions given by the skipper to ensure safety on board.
  2. Pay the total amount due in accordance with the terms of this contract.
  3. Inform the Company immediately in the event of any problem, incident or damage occurring during the cruise.
  4. Do not engage in illegal or dangerous activities while cruising.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation by the customer :

  • More than 30 days before boarding date: 100% refund of deposit.
  • Less than 30 days before boarding date: 80% refund.

Cancellation by the Company :

  • Full refund of amounts paid by the Customer.

7. Liability

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury caused by the negligence or fault of the Customer or its passengers.
  2. The customer is liable for damage caused by himself or his passengers, whether intentionally or through negligence.
  3. In the event of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, conflicts, unforeseen breakdowns, etc.), the Company will do its best to reschedule or partially refund the Customer, without any obligation to pay additional compensation.

8. Disputes

The parties agree to seek an amicable solution to any dispute. Failing this, the place of jurisdiction shall be Malta, where the Company is registered.
